my submission for Assignment3
Allegro has a nightmare bug going on that I can't even begin to diagnose, you can refer to lines 76-78 of WorldState.cpp to see the specific issue I've been dealing with, as a result it may be a bit difficult getting the game to run to test features.
Packets are dropped and delayed by default, the rate at which they do can be changed in lines 12-15 in NetworkManager.h.
